Policies & Terms

Detailed shipping, returns, core, and warranty policies are provided with every quote and invoice. The summary below covers the basics — for specifics on your job, please ask.

Shipping

Customer is responsible for inbound shipping. Outbound shipping is billed at actual cost via your preferred carrier. Daily shipping cutoff is 3:00pm ET. Ship to our Amelia, OH address with a packing slip listing your contact info, aircraft and engine make/model, and a brief description of the issue. A Repair Request Form (PDF) captures all of this.

Quote Approval

No repair or overhaul work proceeds without your quote approval. If you decline, the unit is returned at your cost.

Warranty

Limited warranty: 6 months or 300 hours, whichever comes first, from date of sale. Warranty returns route to front of the line with same-week turnaround in most cases. Full Warranty Policy (PDF) →

Documentation

Every return-to-service includes the FAA-required documentation.

Cores

Cores are billed up front and credited when an acceptable core is received. Core return window: 30 days from invoice. Mark "Core Return" on the box and reference your invoice number.
