Professional Aircraft Accessories, Inc. (PAA Ohio) is an FAA Certified Part 145 Accessory Class Rating 1 & 2 Repair Station. We overhaul and repair magnetos, fuel systems, fuel pumps, and propeller governors for General Aviation aircraft — with full FAA-compliant documentation and quality service. Serving mechanics and aircraft owners nationwide from our shop outside Cincinnati, minutes from Lunken Airport (KLUK) and Clermont County Airport (I69).
A small sample of recent work — magnetos, fuel systems, fuel pumps, propeller governors and components from the brands we service. If you have a question about a part or manufacturer — call us. We've probably worked on it.
Brands we service across all categories: Slick · Champion · PowerUp · Bendix · TCM (Continental) · Hartzell · Crane / Lear Romec · McCauley · Woodward. Don't see your unit's manufacturer? Call us — we may still be able to help.
Four product categories, backed by FAA Part 145 Accessory Class Rating 1 & 2 certification. Every unit returned to service comes with full FAA-compliant documentation.
Overhaul, repair, and 500-hour inspections per manufacturer service bulletin. Single and dual magneto service.
Fuel servos, flow dividers, manifold valves, control valves, pressure regulators, throttle valves. Plus nozzle and fuel line cleaning, inspection, and flow testing.
Engine-driven and electric fuel pump overhaul and repair. Pressure and flow testing to specifications.
Constant-speed prop governor overhaul and repair, tested to OEM tolerance on calibrated test stands.
Three commitments to every customer. They come from one idea: we've been part of the General Aviation community long enough to know what real schedules look like — and we built our shop around it. Bench testing before you commit. AOG Priority Service when an aircraft is on the ground. Warranty returns that don't sit on a shelf.
Not sure if the unit is the problem? Send it in. We diagnose before you commit to a repair, and the test fee credits to the invoice if you proceed.
Aircraft on the ground? Call us first. With AOG Priority Service your part moves to the front of the line and gets worked the moment it arrives. Ask us how your part can skip the line.
We strive for zero warranty returns — and the bench testing we do before every unit ships is the reason. In the rare case a unit needs to come back, the shop that fixed the plane shouldn't be left holding the bag. Warranty returns are tested within 1 day of arrival, and repaired with a 1–2 day turnaround in most cases.
Bench testing is the most-used of our three commitments — and the easiest place to start if you're not sure whether the unit you're holding is actually the problem. Most testing is one labor hour and the fee credits to your repair invoice.
General Aviation isn't a market we serve from the outside — it's a community we've been part of for more than 25 years.
Many of the larger MROs in this space have grown past the point of knowing their customers. Units go into a queue, get processed, come back. The relationship is transactional.
We're built differently. The people in our shop have spent careers in aviation, working on the same kind of aircraft and the same kind of parts our customers do. When you call us, you're talking to people who understand the work.
Three commitments on every job: solve the problem (not just ship the part back), stand behind the work (warranty returns go to the front of the line), and make it right when something doesn't go to plan.
Aircraft on the ground? Tell us when you call — we'll work it into the schedule.
